The majority of our bundles & bales are curated with only Grade A & B used clothing. Unless otherwise noted in the description above, products will contain a minimum of 90% Grade A & B items.

Grade A means items in excellent to near-new condition, with only minor flaws like light staining or general wear.

Our mixes will also include a small percentage of Grade B pieces, which could feature things like small holes, distressing, or light cracking in graphics.

All pieces are inspected for resellable quality.

Unless otherwise noted, mixes will contain a variety of sizes across the board. We cannot guarantee any specific size ranges or distribution, as all bundles & bales are randomly selected and will vary every time.

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. On the rare occasion that your order is expected to take longer than 10 business days to complete, we will reach out.

We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

We use UPS, USPS and FedEx Standard and Economy shipping throughout the U.S. and Canada.

U.S. delivery: 5–8 business days
Canada: 6–10 business days

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

All sales are final—no exceptions. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all items are sold “as-is,” We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to style, sizing, or general dissatisfaction.

That said, we stand behind the accuracy and integrity of every order. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case quickly and fairly, and work with you to make it right. We’re committed to resolving any genuine errors quickly and fairly.
