Nike Goes Green!

Nike made a memorable entry into the world of vintage fashion in 2007 when they recreated their elite designs of Nike shoes which originally belonged to the 70’s era. Nike revisited their old signature styles by bringing their 30 year old fashion back on the streets. This year Nike is all set to make a green statement with its Nike Vandal High Supreme Vintage Electric Green sneakers. Nike has carried forward it vintage legacy by adding a fresh contemporary appeal to its design. Their new sneakers feature a neon green base with a vintage sole and an ankle strap for added support. The electrifying vandals are going to be released in the market in February 2010.
Kudos to Nike for their choice of color and showcasing vintage and green in a manner that is so unconventional. This terrific combination is doing wonders for our planet. Need we remind you that nothing is more in style right now than going green with vintage!

After our 1st blow-out sale that sent ripples across the city with a rare medley of some of their finest vintage pieces, We’re all set to churn out our best lot of vintage clothing for our 2nd warehouse sale, this time with wider options and juicier discounts on women’s and men’s vintage finery. Our warehouse sale to be held on December 5th 2009 is also aimed towards sharing the real essence of LA Vintage, which goes beyond just being a vintage fashion company. LAV’s a company whose vintage clothing is not effectuated by design operations that are harmful to our planet. Be it women’s vintage clothing, men’s vintage clothing, vintage accessories, or vintage boots, every piece here at LAV echoes that protecting the environment does not mean sacrificing style, sophistication, or comfort. Our 2nd warehouse sale will offer a glimpse of how we run our green operation.
